The interactive Happy Tanpa Bully training program was developed as a solution to help participants recognize, prevent, and address bullying through an empathy-based approach, healthy communication, and strategies for building inclusive relationships.

Background

Bullying remains a prevalent issue in educational settings, with negative consequences not only for victims but also for the surrounding environment. Therefore, efforts are needed to create a safe, positive, and bullying-free learning environment.

Objectives

  • Document the journey and impact of the Happy Tanpa Bully training in raising awareness about bullying prevention.
  • Highlight the experiences of participants, including students and teachers, in understanding the concept of a safe and comfortable learning environment.
